What the agent can do
Prompts you can copy and adapt. The agent carries them out through the AI connector with your account’s permissions, and you just check the result – so you manage the manual faster than by hand.
How to prompt for speed
- Name the manual if you have several connected: “In the Visualbook at acme.visualbook.pro…”
- For larger changes, ask for a plan first: “Do not save anything, just list what you will change.” Then one word is enough to confirm.
- Ask for a preview of translations first – the agent can prepare them without saving.
- Do big edits page by page, not across the whole manual at once. They are easier to check.
- Check the look in the browser. The agent reads text and structure, not how a page looks.
- Find the edits in the history. Every agent edit is recorded in Overview → History, just like yours.
Finding your way and getting answers
- “Connect to the Visualbook at yourbrand.visualbook.pro and list the manual’s pages with their sections.”
- “What are the HEX, CMYK and Pantone values of our primary color? Answer only from the manual.”
- “Summarize the logo usage rules in five points for a new agency. For each point, name the page it comes from.”
Pages, sections and cards
- “Create a Tone of voice page. Add an intro text, a We write / We don’t write table and an expandable Q&A. Base the copy on the Brand strategy page.”
- “On the Colors page, add an Acme Blue swatch: HEX #0057B8, CMYK 100 / 50 / 0 / 0, Pantone 2935 C.”
- “Move the Business cards page into the Print group and put the Logos card first on the home page.”
- “Hide the Old logo versions section on the Logo page – don’t delete it yet.”
- “Duplicate the Business cards page as Letterhead and rewrite its text for the letterhead.”
Bulk edits of text and files
- “Go through the whole manual and change ‘logotype’ to ‘logo’ wherever it means the complete logo. First list the places you will change and wait for my confirmation.”
- “Add alt text to every image on the Photography page, in both languages. Describe what is in the photo.”
- “Rename the downloads on the Logo page using the pattern acme-logo-variant-color.”
- “Upload the logo from https://company.com/press/acme-logo.svg to the Primary logo page as the light version.”
- “I need to upload a 12 MB video to the Motion page. Send me a link to the upload form.”
Translations
- “Find untranslated text in the English version of the manual and list the pages it is on.”
- “Translate the Introduction page into English. Show me a preview first; we’ll save after I approve.”
- “Translate all remaining untranslated text and finish with a list of the pages you changed.”
The agent translates with the same service as the panel, including the glossary of branding terms. See Automatic translation.
Checking the manual and proposing a structure
- “Check the manual against the Visualbook improvement tips and fix what you can on your own. List what you need from me at the end.”
- “Go through the pages and find cards without a description. Suggest descriptions under 120 characters and save them after I confirm.”
- “Look at the public manual at https://otherbrand.visualbook.pro and propose a similar structure for us. Don’t create anything, just the proposal.”
During a check, the agent does not make up missing files such as a logo or favicon – it tells you what to provide.
What the agent will not do
| Task | Where to do it |
|---|---|
| Delete a page, section or file | in the panel, see Deleting and restoring a page |
| Change the type of a page or section | not possible – create a new page or section |
| Invite an editor, change a role | in the panel, see Invite an editor |
| Set a password or lock | in the panel, see How access works |
| Add or change a manual language | ask support, see Adding a language |
| Generate a static or AI export | in the panel, Settings → Exports |
| Edit a field with HTML code | in the panel |
If you ask the agent for anything in this table, it points you to the panel or to support. It does not work around these limits.
