Can I try Visualbook before making a one-time payment?

Yes. Here's how it works:

  1. Submit your trial request via the configurator
  2. We'll send you access and setup guides by email within one business day
  3. Build your brand manual to suit your needs
  4. Once you're done, let us know — after payment, we'll activate your manual

PS: If you decide Visualbook isn't for you, you don't pay a thing. The trial expires after 30 days.

Do I really pay nothing to run Visualbook?

Running Visualbook is and always will be free. You pay a one-time fee for setup and unlimited hosting. We handle everything within one business day. Your brand manual goes live on a subdomain like yourbrand.visualbook.pro — and you choose the name. You can also point it to your own custom subdomain at no extra cost.

What happens if Visualbook shuts down?

Independence is our highest priority. Visualbook runs on secure servers with robust backups. Should Visualbook ever cease operations, you'll receive all your data in a single folder — just upload it to your FTP and your entire project runs exactly as before, including the admin.

Visualbook is built on the excellent open-source Kirby CMS — a so-called "flat file system". That means your project has no dependency on remote databases. Everything runs from files within a single folder, which we hand over to you if Visualbook ever stops operating.

Which languages does Visualbook support?

All Visualbooks natively support both Czech and English — in the admin panel as well as in the online manual itself. You can also set it to display only one language at a time.

Can I edit my Visualbook at any time?

You can edit your Visualbook anytime. You don't even need to remember a password — a one-time login code is sent directly to your email.

Is creating a Visualbook faster than typesetting a PDF?

Yes — significantly. A basic logo manual can be ready in under 10 minutes. A comprehensive brand manual can save you dozens of hours.

How long will I wait for my new Visualbook?

Based on your configuration, we'll set up your private subdomain within one business day. You can start filling in content immediately, and once your manual is ready, we'll activate it.
