Every brand manual in Visualbook 6.0 also runs as an MCP server at your-brand.visualbook.pro/mcp. Your AI agent reads pages, sections, colors and files through it — and, with your consent, edits them too. You connect by signing in, with no API keys and no extra fees.

Building the manual

From the uploaded logo pack, create a separate Logo page for every logo variant.

Transfer all color swatches from the current PDF manual to the Colors page — if there are multiple swatch types by usage, split them into separate swatches stacked below each other.

Create a content page called Brand naming and add rules for the correct legal and marketing spelling of the brand name, plus a text section on using the name correctly in copy.

Maintenance & bulk edits

Go through the whole manual and unify the brand name spelling to “Acme” — list every page where you changed the text.

Add alt texts to all images that are missing them. Keep them factual, under 120 characters.

Rename the download files to the pattern acme-logo-variant-color and check that all links in the manual still point to them.

Translations & checks

Find all untranslated texts and translate them into English. Keep established branding terms as they are (brand book, claim, logotype).

Check the manual against the Improvement tips and fix what you can on your own. List the rest as a to-do for me.
