A release focused on reliability. Signing in is smoother, you can download a whole custom online tool with one button, working with languages and storage is more dependable, and a password-protected manual really stays visible only to those who know the password.

A maintenance release. The manual is easier to read on a phone, the file overview shows how much space is taken by files you no longer use, and one button cleans them up. The icon module can show all icons in a colour of your choice, and the static export has its animations and fonts back without errors. The AI connector no longer bothers you with a sign-in window.

Adobe Fonts support. Paste the Project ID of your web project and its fonts are available across the whole manual – for headings, body text and font sections.

A smaller release after the big 6.0 line. It brings a new page type for your own online tools, an extended AI connector and a long list of fixes reported by users — from e-mail signatures through colours in animations to the resizing of uploaded photos.

The biggest update since Visualbook launched. A connection to AI assistants through secure sign-in, an improved editor, a choice of 6 languages (CS, SK, PL, EN, DE, ES), a new interactive hotspots module, alt text management and many other improvements. And everything is now a bit faster thanks to optimisation and a faster server.

A new window for choosing a section type. The Preview button shows a live example of each variant, so you can see straight away which one to pick.

A newly added user now gets an e-mail explaining how to sign in, and an e-mail is also sent when their address changes. Plus an updated Getting started guide and small fixes.

Copy the rules for a logo on colour and image backgrounds to another logo in one click, move a copy of a section to another page, and give tables more styles, buttons and expandable content.

A page group can now contain another page group, so even a large manual stays organised on several levels. Plus small fixes.

Page groups replace the old Hub page and can hold any subpages. Faster Lottie animations, cards in a column or at full width, and a fix for image previews that disappeared after 30 days.

The manual is easier for AI agents to read: it returns a page as Markdown on request, offers a catalogue of public resources and clear rules in robots.txt. The Watch on YouTube link is fixed.

Better logo handling: card sizes follow the real aspect ratio, fine-tuning with XS–XL buttons, protection zone presets, and moving between logos right on the logo page.

Lottie animation support. Add them to a card preview or to the Video & Animation section, and offer .lottie files for download.

AI export and a separate offline export of the whole manual, an llms.txt file for AI tools, edit history in the Panel, and individual styles for every brand in multibrand mode.

Visitor analytics right in the Panel, custom redirects with click tracking, and static exports that work straight away – offline or once uploaded to a server.

Files and links can be shared between languages or managed separately for each one. Switch with a single Linked / Not linked button right on the field.

Clearer card ordering on the home page: large and small cards with real previews, animations and logo slideshows, reordered by drag and drop.

Faster file loading in the Panel, easy selection of unused files and bulk deletion.

Access protection on four levels – the whole manual, selected pages, files and links. Each can use a password, company e-mail verification, or both.

A static export of the whole brand manual in one click. Plus bulk delete in structured fields, custom hints for password-protected pages and files, and PDFs from a link in the Embedded content section.

Password protection now works not only for a selected page but also for an individual download file.

The Embedded content section now takes content from Canva, Figma, Google Slides, Google Drive and SlideShare.

File and storage optimisation and small fixes.

Generated page contents link to the correct addresses in both languages, improved search and a new Latest updates overview on the home page.

A batch of section fixes – empty sections now show a warning. The Code section gets syntax colours and a Copy button, Font a custom preview image, and Google Drive buttons.

Visualbook moves to the final release of Kirby 5.0.0.

The file overview loads much faster, the Font usage table is clearer, and the Before and after section and files with an underscore in the name are fixed.

Fixes to the Font, Audio and Colours sections, and an alert in the Overview when a page is missing a translation.

The final Visualbook 5: a new translation check, redesigned Audio and Chart sections, a carousel with custom button colours and a caption next to the logo.

You can now add an Info box – highlighted text to every section. You can choose Note, Tip or Warning.

A big update to the Font section – font info, character sets and a tester. Visualbook now fixes typography in texts automatically, and the Before and after and Creative process sections are new.

Completely new colour swatches in three sizes, three-colour gradients and colour export to ASE, Figma tokens, CSS, SCSS, Tailwind and PDF. Videos get autoplay and loop options.

Saving a page now works the first time, without saving again. Plus refined section translations.

Better content sync between languages, any page can be password-protected, and the link preview (OG Image) refreshes in one click. Plus a fix to the site background image.

This update improves how you work with files and images in your Visualbook. Page cards now generate previews at exactly the right dimensions, which guarantees a nice-looking image even when it was uploaded at too high a resolution. You can select and delete several files at once.

Visualbook and the whole Panel now work entirely in English. Choose from four language combinations, and automatic translation works without your own DeepL key.

Brand colours set on the Design page are offered in colour pickers across Visualbook. Plus a new image hub and a bar that marks a work-in-progress manual.

A new HTML code section. The Image and buttons and Image and text sections get margins and a white background.

The Enterprise plan can credit the designer or studio with a link in the manual footer. Plus fixes to the slider, translations and a warning for a deleted font.

The Fonts page takes more section types, Fonts and Colours generate clickable page contents, and the Image with buttons section can be a slideshow.

Office documents and Affinity files can now be uploaded to storage. The word Home in the navigation is translated.

Text inside tables can now be formatted – bold, italic, strikethrough, link, e-mail and code.

Every Visualbook can be extended to up to seven languages, and texts and page titles translate in one click with DeepL.

Badges always use the default Visualbook font, and for each image you choose whether it enlarges on click.

More typography options: stylistic sets ss01–09, all caps and tabular figures for headings, body text and font samples.

A new design for the sign-in code e-mail and more reliable mail sending straight from the hosting.
