Login portal

At login.visualbook.pro you can see which Visualbooks you have an account in and sign in to any of them from one place. Useful when you don’t remember a manual’s address or work in several manuals.

Steps

  1. Open the Login portal

Go to login.visualbook.pro. On visualbook.pro, the portal is also linked from the tools menu and from the panel sign-in link in the footer. In the top right corner you can switch the language (Česky or English) and light or dark mode.

  2. Enter your email

Enter the email of your panel account, for example jane.doe@company.com, and click Show my Visualbooks.

  3. Confirm the code from your email

A six-digit code arrives by email. Enter it in Verification code and click Verify. The code is valid for 5 minutes and you get three attempts. Request a new one with Resend code, or fix a typo in the address with Change email.

  4. Pick a manual

The Visualbooks where you have an account list shows the brand name and address of each manual. Open shows the manual, Sign in opens its panel sign-in. Sign in there with your password or a code as usual – see First sign-in.

How to tell it worked

The list shows every manual where your email has a panel account. Below it is + Create another Visualbook, which leads to the configurator.

What the portal does and doesn’t do

  • The portal only finds the manuals where you have an account. It doesn’t sign you in to the panel – you do that in the specific manual.
  • The portal doesn’t know your passwords and changes nothing in the manuals.
  • Email verification lasts 30 minutes; after that the portal asks for a new code.

What if no code arrives or the list is empty?

  • Codes are only sent to emails that have an account in some Visualbook. For security, the portal doesn’t reveal whether an address exists – an unknown email simply gets no code.
  • Check the address for typos and look in your spam folder.
  • An account an Admin has just created appears in the portal after a few minutes.
  • If you see a message about too many attempts, wait a moment and try again.
  • Still nothing? Ask the manual’s Admin to check which email your account uses – see Forgotten password and account recovery.
