Users and roles5

  • New Content Editor role. Edits the content of the whole manual – pages, sections, files and image alt texts – and in multibrand mode can create and delete brands. Does not change the design, settings, languages or users, nor the brand's logo, favicon, header image and fonts. Can view Analytics. Counts towards the user limit like any other role.
  • The Multibrand Editor is now called Brand Editor. Works only with their own brands, edits the alt texts of their images and can turn on the daily change report in their account. Does not see Analytics, the user list or site-wide settings.
  • Change History and the daily report show everyone only changes on pages they can access.
  • The AI assistant connection (MCP) follows the role permissions.
  • Security improvements to user permissions.

Panel2

  • A clearer message when the user limit is reached. Messages about user and storage limits appear in the Panel language.
  • The “How to start?” guide shows the step count in the Panel language.

Fonts1

  • New Font usage table in the administration. It is edited just as it looks on the website: click a cell to set where each font is used, and rename uses and fonts right in the table. You can add your own uses (web design, e-mails, …), such as presentations or social media, reorder them and delete them.

E-mail signature2

  • Images in the e-mail signature are shown to recipients even for a password-protected manual and on a locked page. Other files of the manual stay protected.
  • More reliable links to signature images, even right after a website update.

Editing on the website2

  • A calmer frontend editor when resizing the logo.
  • A smaller static export.
