How we handle your data. Version of 1 October 2026.
In short: we process what we need to issue your invoice, run your manual and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for profiling and we do not pass it on to anyone except our hosting provider and suppliers involved in running the Service.
The controller is Visualbook s.r.o., Company ID 241 10 175, VAT ID CZ24110175, registered at Dlouhá 3403/2b, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 101855. Contact: jiri.chlebus@visualbook.pro.
Order from the configurator. Your first and last name, e-mail, the requested subdomain and manual language, the chosen version and its scope, billing details (entity name, registered address, registration number and where applicable VAT ID), discount code and note. We need them to set up your manual and issue the invoice.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Together with the order we record that you accepted them and in which version, so that the content of the contract can be evidenced.
Registry check. We verify the registration number you enter against the Czech public register (ARES). From it we obtain the name, registered address, VAT ID and legal form, because the DESIGNER version may only be invoiced to a self-employed natural person.
Manual content. Everything you put into your manual, including any personal data of third parties. You are responsible for that content.
Operational data. The content of our correspondence, network identifiers and access times while the Service is provided, and ordinary web server access logs.
Performance of the contract for the data needed to set up and run your manual. Compliance with legal obligations in tax and accounting for billing details and documents. Legitimate interest for abuse prevention, operational logs and the registry check.
Billing details and tax documents for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.
Manual content for the duration of the contract. If you ask us to terminate the Service, we delete it from the server without the possibility of recovery.
For an unpaid order, we disable and delete the manual once the due date has passed.
Other data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for as long as a legal obligation or legitimate interest lasts.
The data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider Český hosting in the Czech Republic. They act as a processor and make backups according to their own policy.
We do not pass personal data to third parties except the hosting provider and selected external suppliers involved in running the Service.
On visualbook.pro we use only technical cookies necessary for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Trial Project — the one-hour preview you create without placing an order — runs on a separate site and has its own, more detailed rules: demo privacy notice and demo terms of use.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw any consent at any time. Just write to jiri.chlebus@visualbook.pro.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
